Carrot and Ginger juice recipe for healthy life
Ingredients:
1 Fresh Carrot
1/4 inch Ginger piece
1/2 teaspoon Honey
A pinch of Salt
1 Teaspoons Sugar
Method:
Wash the carrot in water and avoid scrapping the skin because more vitamins & minerals are present under the skin. Cut the carrot into small pieces and extract using juice extractor. Remove ginger skin and add in the ginger piece into the juice extractor. Then, add all the above ingredients into the extracted carrot and ginger juice. Finally, serve the juice chilled a bit or with crushed ice.

Ingredients:
400 gm pumpkin
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion sliced
2 garlic pieces crushed
3 1/2 cup of water mixed with vegetable stock
1/2 teaspoon pounded ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 1/4 cup of fresh milk

Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1.5 cups of all purpose flour
3 tablespoons van houten cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup Ideal Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 SCS Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Put your flour into mixing bowl, add butter and cocoa, baking soda, sugar and mix well.
2. Mix the ingredients together until there aren’t any more lumps and pour into square baking pan.
3. Bake at 350 for about half an hour, test with a fork.
Preparation time + Baking time: 45 minutes

Fruit stick ice cream
Ingredients:
5 types of fruit cordial
40ml Full cream milk
80g chocolate
Method:
Pour fruit cordial into stick ice-cream holder. Leave it at the refrigerator overnight.
Mix chocolate with full cream milk in a bowl and cook it in a light fire until mixture is smooth.
Dip stick ice-cream into cool chocolate mixture.
Suggestion:
You may add milk to the cordial to have a rich taste or even mix the cordial for mix flavour ice-cream.
