Ingredients:
100 grams baby Chinese broccoli @ Kai Lan
2 tablespoon Chinese cooking oil
4 cloves sliced garlic
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat the pan with oil and stir the garlic for a minute. Then, stir the baby Kai Lan till it is medium cooked. Sprinkle salt according to your taste and serve it as a dish.

1 big onion medium size (sliced)

Method:
Heat the pan with butter and stir the onion until it is golden brown. Then, stir the baby cabbage till it is medium cooked. Sprinkle salt according to your taste and serve it as a side dish for your meal.
Suggestion:
You may replace big onion with 3 cloves of sliced garlic.

Mash Potato goes well with salads for parties.
Ingredients:
3 Russet Potatoes
1 slice mozzarella cheese
1 table spoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Peel potato skin, cut the potatoes into 4 and boil the potatoes in medium fire. Mash the potato with fork while it is hot in the bowl. Then add in the butter and cheese. Finally include salt and pepper according to taste.
Suggestion:
1 table spoon mayonnaise can be included if you consume egg.

I have written a cheese sandwich recipe for breakfast which used to be my favourite during my teenager days.
Ingredients:
2 slices white bread
1 slice mozzarella cheese
Butter to spread on bread
Method:
Spread 2 slices of the bread with butter. Layer the sandwich with a slice of the cheese. Bake the sandwich in oven for 5 – 10 minutes, depending on individual preference of toast.
Suggestion:
Spread peanut butter as substitute to butter and strawberry jam as substitute to cheese for “Sweet Tooth”.
