1 cup Basmati Rice
2 cups Fresh Water           
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil               
1 Teaspoon Mustard  seeds   
1 Stem Curry leaves
2 Red Dry Cillies – Cut into 3 pieces

Ingredients:
5 Potatoes – Skin removed
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C fan. Prepare tray to bake potatoes. Steam potatoes for 8 minutes or until it is tender. Place the potatoes on the tray and squash each potato. Sprinkle the salt and olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crisp.

I was picking strawberries in Albany, Australia for about 2 months under Holiday Working Visa. I almost ate strawberries everyday and believe me or not, my eyesight improved and didn’t need my glasses after that. I was healthy, and had no constipation issues at all. Sweet Potato is high in Carbohydrate and can be a substitute for rice.
Ingredients:
2 Large Sweet Potatoes – Remove skin and cut it as wedges
50grams Fresh Butter
1 Bunch Coriander Leaves = Chopped
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
Method:
Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan. Season sweet potato with salt and pepper. Heat fresh butter in a saucepan and pour over sweet potato. Pour Lemon juice and toss sweet potato to combine. Sprinkle chopped Coriander leaves over sweet potato and bake for 30 minutes. Cook potato until it is tender and serve hot.

Ingredients for Pesto
1 pound linguine noodles
2 cups fresh basil leaves
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup chopped almonds
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper as preferred
Method
Blend basil leaves, olive oil, chopped almonds, cheese, salt and pepper in blender. Blend until it is a thick sauce.
