Ingredients:
¼ Red Water Melon
2 Guava
¼ Honey Melon
½ Sweet Pineapple
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
20 grams chopped pudina leaves
 
Method:
Cut all the fruits in cube sizes not larger than 2 cm’s. Squeeze the lemon juice on the mixed fruits and let it to settle. Store the fruits in the refrigerator to cool. Finally, sprinkle the chopped pudina leaves on top of the mixed fruit before serving it at the function.

2 tablespoon Chinese cooking oil
4 cloves sliced garlic
Salt to taste

Method:

Method:
Heat the pan with butter and stir the onion until it is golden brown. Then, stir the baby cabbage till it is medium cooked. Sprinkle salt according to your taste and serve it as a side dish for your meal.
Suggestion:
You may replace big onion with 3 cloves of sliced garlic.
