Ingredients:
3 ripe tomatoes
105 grams feta cheese
6 chopped black olives
10 grams fresh oregano leaves
Salad Dressing:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Method:
Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a serving dish. Arrange the cheese in between the tomatoes. Sprinkle the olives all over the tomatoes and cheese. Finally, pour the dressing over the top and sprinkle oregano leaves. Black pepper and salt can be sprinkle for additional taste.
