I am almost in depression mode at the moment. I am 8 months pregnant and I have the biggest problem in my life! I cannot eat anything or I suffer from severe Heartburn! Eggplant is also known as Aubergine or Brinjal and it is a plant of the nightshades family. Eggplant is a good source of potassium, fiber, magnesium, niacin, vitamin B1 and B6. Eggplant is commonly used as a vegetable in cooking and meals.

1 medium sized onion – chopped
2 cube butter – for frying
½ tablespoon curry powder @ masala
