Ingredients:
2 Green Apples – Diced
1 Fuji Apple – Diced
1 Cucumber – Diced
1 Carrot – Diced
1/4 Lemon Juice
A pinch of Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Method:
Cut all the ingredients and mix them together in a bowl. Add Lemon juice, salt, sugar and toast all together.

Mix Salad Leaves
2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Method:
Place salad in a salad bowl and whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over the dressing and toss before serving.

Ingredients
100 grams salad
1 carrot – cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Extra virgin Olive oil
Method
Mix raisins with lemon juice in a bowl. Then, combine salad leaves and carrot. Drizzle over olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:
3 ripe tomatoes
105 grams feta cheese
6 chopped black olives
10 grams fresh oregano leaves
Salad Dressing:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Method:
Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a serving dish. Arrange the cheese in between the tomatoes. Sprinkle the olives all over the tomatoes and cheese. Finally, pour the dressing over the top and sprinkle oregano leaves. Black pepper and salt can be sprinkle for additional taste.

Sweet mangoes are delicious and marvelous. There is various health benefits associated to mango, especially the vitamins such as Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Asthma patients should avoid Mango. You may have mangoes occasionally maybe on a sunny day. I am an asthmatic patient myself, and there is 1 mango tree in my grand mom’s house which bears 1 of the sweetest mango I ever had. Western Vegetable Salad Recipe with fruit

Salad Ingredients
5 Organic Carrots
1 orange
1 lime
100 gm Thyme
2 Kiwi fruit
Alfalfa sprouts
 
Seasoning Ingredients (Blend it together)
1 clove garlic
1 dried red chilli
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Sarawak pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
 
Method
Wash the carrots well and boil it for 10 minutes. Strain the water and arrange the carrots in the baking tray. Cut the orange and lime into half and arrange it on the baking tray.
