Mango Milkshake recipe goes well with light lunch as it is very nutritious and high in calories.
Ingredients:
2 ripe Mangoes – Preferably sweet mangoes
2 Glass Fresh Cold Milk
4 Tablespoon Sugar
A pinch of Salt
Method:
Remove mangoes skin and slice the mango flesh. Take off the mango seed as well. Blend Mango flesh, milk, sugar and salt. Serve with ice cubes in tall glass.

Ingredients:
1 cup Red Cherries – pitted
1/2 cup Fresh Yoghurt
500 ml Orange Juice
Sufficient Ice Cubes
Method:
Blend  all the ingredients together until it is smooth. Serve while it is cold.

100ml Fresh Yoghurt

1/2 teaspoon ginger –  finely chopped
Ice Cubes
Fresh Water
Method:
Mix yoghurt with water and stir. Thickness of drink depends on individual preference. Finally, mix everything and serve chill.

Ingredients:
10ml Orange Syrup
3 Orange wedges
Ice
90 ml Fresh Orange Juice
3 ml Sugar syrup
Method:
Stir all in shaker filled with ice. Pour into chilled martini glass and skew 3 orange wedges with red cocktail straws. Serve it while its chill.

Ingredients:
150 ml Pineapple Juice
1 scoop Vanilla flavoured Ice Cream
15 ml Coconut Syrup
2 teaspoon Pineapple fruit cubes
Ice
Method:
Add juice into shaker filled with ice, add ice cream , coconut syrup and shake well. Pour into glass and fill with ice and pineapple cubes. Top with mint leaves and serve chill.

Iced Orange Mocha Recipe for a refreshing Breakfast
Ingredients:
1 shot Expresso
200 ml Fresh Cold milk
5 ml Orange Syrup
5 ml Chocolate Sauce
Ice Cubes
Method:
Pour milk into blender, add chocolate sauce and blend for 5 seconds. Add Expresso into glass and fill up with blended chocolate mix. Add ice cubes in the glass and finally add orange syrup on top the glass.

45ml Strawberry Puree
1 scoop ice
1/2 glass Fresh H2O (Water)
A pinch Sugar
Quarter pinch salt
Method:
Add water, ice, strawberry puree, sugar and salt into the blender and blend for 15 seconds. Serve the drink chill with sliced strawberry on top as decoration.

Chocolate is widely consumed during cold time as it has soothing properties which keeps the body warm.
Ingredients:
1 mug Low Fat Milk
1/2 scoop Cocoa Powder
2 teaspoon Sugar
A pinch of Cinnamon powder
Method:
Steam milk to 82 / 180 F. Add steamed milk into mug then cocoa powder and sugar. Stir well and top up with milk. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top and serve hot.

Select fresh fruits and vegetable for juicing.
As much as possible avoid removing skin from vegetable like carrot.
Certain vegetables such as Beetroot skin has to be removed for juicing.
Ginger is widely used only for flavouring.
Celery is Negative calorie vegetable.
Do not use over ripe or unripe fruits for juicing.
Few drops of lemon juice added in many juices tastes better.
Slight salt also enhances taste of fruit juices.
Apple can be mixed with any vegetable juices.
Carrot can be mixed with any fruit juices.
