Many of us love ice creams and sometimes we buy tub ice-creams in hypermarkets and store it at our freezer. Sometimes we would love to have chocolate sauce as topping as how the exclusive ice-cream parlours offer us.
Ingredients
1 Bar Hershey’s Milk Chocolate
500 ml fresh cream
Method
Break milk chocolate bar into smaller pieces and put it in the pan. Pour in the fresh cream and stir the ingredients in slow heat. Store the chocolate sauce in fridge to cool it. Finally, scoop a spoon of chocolate sauce and pour on top of your favourite ice-cream flavour.
Suggestion:
You may include 20 grams crushed roasted almonds in the sauce for “Nutty taste”.
