Avocado Dip recipe with fresh sour cream can suit Fajita’s, Tortilla’s and even fresh vegetables such as celery and carrots. My luxurious meal is always Fajita’s set without the meat in Thank God It’s (TGI) Friday’s restaurant. I make it a point that I visit TGI Friday at least once a year with my siblings. Although this is an Italian recipe but it is widely adapted by Asian countries now. The easiest way to make Bolognese sauce will be by buying the ready made sauce in bottle which just needs to be sautéed with onion else doing the old fashioned way is also welcomed.

Ingredients:
5 Big tomatoes (ripe and firm)
1 Soft Taufu
1 Stalk coriander leaves (chopped)
30 grams butter
Salt to taste
Crushed pepper corns to taste
 
Method:
Wash tomatoes and dry them. Turn the tomato upside down and cut cress-cross to make a basket with a handle. Flute the cut edges and scoop out the centre. Be careful not to break the “handle”. Mash the soft Taufu with the tomato pulp and butter.
 
Add chopped coriander leaves, salt and pepper to the mixture and mix it well. Finally, fill tomato baskets with mixture and arrange on a serving …

Ingredients:
2 Eggplants
10 grams basil leaves
2 ripe tomatoes
100 grams wild mushrooms
1 teaspoon olive oil
Red Pepper sauce
 
Method:
Arrange eggplant, tomatoes and wild mushrooms in a baking tray after slicing them 2 centimeter’s wide. Layer the top with basil leaves and 1 teaspoon olive oil. Baked the dish for 5 minutes and serve it with red pepper sauce for additional spicy taste.

For mushroom lovers, button mushroom can be included to have variety of mushrooms in the romantic dish.

Ingredients:
 
1 Sweet potato,
1 Zucchini
1 Eggplant
½ Red Capsicum @ Pepper
½ Green pepper
1 Carrot
2 tablespoon ripe olives
3 tablespoon basil olive oil for dressing
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and ground pepper to taste
 
Method:
 
Cut all the vegetables in square sizes and arrange it on a baking tray. Bake the vegetables for 10 minutes and leave it aside to cool down. Pour basil oil and stir the vegetables. Mash Potato goes well with salads for parties.

Ingredients:
3 Russet Potatoes
1 slice mozzarella cheese
1 table spoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Peel potato skin, cut the potatoes into 4 and boil the potatoes in medium fire. Mash the potato with fork while it is hot in the bowl. Then add in the butter and cheese. Finally include salt and pepper according to taste.

Suggestion:
1 table spoon mayonnaise can be included if you consume egg.

I have written a cheese sandwich recipe for breakfast which used to be my favourite during my teenager days.
 
Ingredients:

2 slices white bread
1 slice mozzarella cheese
Butter to spread on bread

Method:
Spread 2 slices of the bread with butter. Layer the sandwich with a slice of the cheese. Bake the sandwich in oven for 5 – 10 minutes, depending on individual preference of toast.

Suggestion:
Spread peanut butter as substitute to butter and strawberry jam as substitute to cheese for “Sweet Tooth”.

Ingredients:

2 slices white bread
1 large slice mozzarella
1 ripe plum tomato, sliced
1 salad leave
1/4 bunch basil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon olive oil
Butter to spread on bread
 
Method:
