Vegetarian Soy Fish Recipe
Main Ingredients:

2 pieces of vegetarian soy fish
1/2 table spoon salt

Ingredients for tomato apple mix: 

1 red apple – diced
1 green apple – diced
1 juicy tomato – diced
2 orange pieces without skin
1 small bombay onion, chopped finely

Ingredients for gravy:

3 tablespoon apple sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Tabasco
Salt to taste
10 grinded Sarawak black pepper
1 teapoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chilli powder

Method: 

Firstly prepare the tomato apple mix. Mix the cut apples,tomato,orange and onion together. Add on the ingredients of gravy and stir lightly. Leave it to cool in the refrigerator.

Soy Vegetarian Chicken
Ingredients:

2 pieces of soy vegetarian chicken.
2 tablespoon grinded Sarawak black pepper
3 tablespoon dry breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt

Ingredients for fruit sauce:

1 riped tomato – chopped
1 orange without skin – chopped
1/2 ripe mango – chopped
Some corriander leaves
Some mint leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

 Method:

Mix all the fruit ingredients and chill in the refrigerator.
Marinate soy vegetarian chicken with salt,pepper and breadcrumbs. Fry in fire with light fire till golden in colour.
Finally mix together all the other Ingredients for fruit sauce and serve it with the soy vegetarian …
