Ingredients
- 260 grams Cocoa powder
- 4 cup Evaporated Milk
- 380 grams butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 360 grams Sugar
- 220 grams of all purpose flour
- 2 grams tapioca flour
- 100 grams Hershey dark chocolate
- 100 grams Hershey white chocolate
Method
Firstly, Heat up the pan in slow heat and put in the cocoa and evaporated milk and stir. Then, add butter and stir till it melts. In addition to that, add in vanilla, salt and sugar and stir the ingredients in low heat. Pour in the all purpose flour and tapioca flour into the mixture and mix.
Then, add in the Hershey’s dark and white chocolate into the mixture. Finally pour the mixture into a cake tray and bake the brownies.Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes before baking the brownies. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for about half an hour, test with a fork.
Suggestion:
Crushed 50 grams almonds can be included for crunch brownies. 2 eggs can be added for people whom consume eggs (or use vegetarian egg replacement powder with similar amount).
