Fried Vegetarian Soy Fish with Tomato Apple Mix

Vegetarian Soy Fish Recipe

Main Ingredients:

  1. 2 pieces of vegetarian soy fish
  2. 1/2 table spoon salt

Ingredients for tomato apple mix: 

  1. 1 red apple – diced
  2. 1 green apple – diced
  3. 1 juicy tomato – diced
  4. 2 orange pieces without skin
  5. 1 small bombay onion, chopped finely

Ingredients for gravy:

  1. 3 tablespoon apple sauce
  2. 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  3. 1 tablespoon Tabasco
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 10 grinded Sarawak black pepper
  6. 1 teapoon olive oil
  7. 1 teaspoon chilli powder

Method: 

  • Firstly prepare the tomato apple mix. Mix the cut apples,tomato,orange and onion together. Add on the ingredients of gravy and stir lightly. Leave it to cool in the refrigerator.
  • Fry vegetarian soy fish with tumeric powder,chilli powder and salt to taste till golden in colour.
  • Serve the fish with tomato apple mix.
