Vegetarian Soy Fish Recipe
Main Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of vegetarian soy fish
- 1/2 table spoon salt
Ingredients for tomato apple mix:
- 1 red apple – diced
- 1 green apple – diced
- 1 juicy tomato – diced
- 2 orange pieces without skin
- 1 small bombay onion, chopped finely
Ingredients for gravy:
- 3 tablespoon apple sauce
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco
- Salt to taste
- 10 grinded Sarawak black pepper
- 1 teapoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
Method:
- Firstly prepare the tomato apple mix. Mix the cut apples,tomato,orange and onion together. Add on the ingredients of gravy and stir lightly. Leave it to cool in the refrigerator.
- Fry vegetarian soy fish with tumeric powder,chilli powder and salt to taste till golden in colour.
- Serve the fish with tomato apple mix.
