Baked Potato With Sea Salt Diet Recipe To Substitute Low Blood Pressure Person’s Diet

Salt has vast benefits depending on the person’s health nature. Salt helps to keep the water balance in our bodies. Dehydration is common when you are playing sports or an extensive amount of energy is exerted. Salt plays a vital ingredient in dehydration and replaces the electrolytes lost by the body. Salt can be enemy for a high blood pressure person but it is encouraged for a low blood pressure person. 

Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes
100 grams Sea Salt – to coat on top of the potatoes
Extra Virgin Olive oil – for coating
2 sliced butters

Method

Heat the oven to 350ºF and position rack in the middle of oven for baking the potatoes. Prior to that, wash the potatoes cleanly in water. Use a fork to poke 4 to 6 holes all over the potatoes. Coat the potatoes into the extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle sea salt on top of the potatoes if less salt is preferred else, dip the potatoes into the salt bowl for a heavy salt coating. Place potatoes directly in middle of oven and place a baking sheet on the lower rack to catch the fallouts from the potatoes.

Finally, baked the potatoes for 1 hour or until the potatoes skins are crisped but the flesh is soft. Half the potatoes and place the sliced butter in the middle of each potatoes and serve it hot.
