Red Cabbage Sauté With Green Apple Recipe For A Healthy Diet

Ingredients:
½ fresh red cabbages – chopped
1 ½ tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking vinegar
1 medium sized big onion chopped
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 organic green apple – diced
Salt and dried pepper corns to taste
½ cup water
½ bay leaves

 

Method:
Heat up the pan in slow heat and pour in the extra virgin olive oil, sauté the chopped onion. Add the honey and stir for about 2 minutes. Then add in the chopped cabbage, diced green apple, Chinese cooking vinegar and water. Close the pan with lid and let the ingredients to cook for 5 minutes. Finally add salt, pepper corns and bay leaf.

 

Suggestion:
