Ginger and Garlic Sauté served with white rice recipe for pregnant women

I am almost in depression mode at the moment. I am 8 months pregnant and I have the biggest problem in my life! I cannot eat anything or I suffer from severe Heartburn! I am having heartburn due to pregnancy and I take Zantac Effervescent twice daily. Heartburn is usually associated with regurgitation of gastric acid (gastric reflux) which is the major symptom of gastroesophagael reflux disease (GERD). Doctor have told me to avoid Ghee, butter, jam, spicy food, Dairy products, process foods, peanuts, beans, dhal, onion, chocolate, any type of biscuits. Have I covered whatever a human consumes? Then, what can I eat? Fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, Nuts & Fruits Mix and cooked white rice. I am having bloated stomach due to wind now. Oh gosh! I can’t wait to get over it.

Here is a recipe for people suffering like me with wind. You can add Brocolli or Cauliflower to have vegetable.

Ingredients:

5 peeled garlic – halved
1/2 inch ginger – chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon cooking oil
A little water

Method:
Heat the pan in medium fire, pour the oil and sauté garlic and ginger. Add salt to your taste and serve with white rice.
