Ingredients:
5 Big tomatoes (ripe and firm)
1 Soft Taufu
1 Stalk coriander leaves (chopped)
30 grams butter
Salt to taste
Crushed pepper corns to taste
Method:
Wash tomatoes and dry them. Turn the tomato upside down and cut cress-cross to make a basket with a handle. Flute the cut edges and scoop out the centre. Be careful not to break the “handle”. Mash the soft Taufu with the tomato pulp and butter.
Add chopped coriander leaves, salt and pepper to the mixture and mix it well. Finally, fill tomato baskets with mixture and arrange on a serving plate. Decorate the serving plate with salads and sliced tomatoes before placing the tomato baskets.
Suggestion:
Chopped red chilli can be included in the ingredients for spicier taste.
