This recipe is quite filling and Cheesy.
Ingredients:
400 grams Macroni Pasta
2 cup Kraft Cheddar Cheese – shredded
1 Tablespoon Fresh Butter
1/4 cup Fresh plain Yoghurt
1 Red Tomato – Stewed to soft
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/2 Teaspoon dried basil
Method:
In a pot cook macaroni pasta in boiling salted water until cooked. Drain the hot water and leave the Pasta aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt Cheddar cheese, plain yogurt, butter and tomatoes. Cook until it is smooth and creamy. Add salt, black pepper, basil to taste and mix pasta in the saucepan. Serve while it is warm. Add grated cheese on top of the dish before serving.
