Ingredients:
200 grams long beans – chopped to 2 inch in size
1/2 tablespoon fennel seed powder
5 small onions chopped
1 tablespoon curry chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1/2 cup plain water
Method:
Heat the pan in slow fire and pour in the oil. Stir chilli powder, turmeric powder, fennel seed powder and onions. Include the chopped long beans and stir fry. Pour in the plain water and let the long beans to simmer in slow fire. Finally add in the salt according to taste and let the beans cook based on your preference.
