Chilli Tofu with Blue Cheese Recipe for Christmas Season

Serve this as starter with French bread or as a dinner dish.

Ingredients:
100 grams Blue Cheese – diced
80 ml Fresh Milk
1 red chilli – seeds removed & finely diced
1 lime juice and zest – squeezed
1/2 medium sized red onion – diced
1/2 clove garlic – finely chopped
Olive oil – for dressing
200 grams tofu – cubed and fried lightly
1/2 Avocado
Fresh Coriander for garnish

Method:
Saute the onion, garlic and chilli until tender with olive oil. Add milk and tofu and cook, stirring occasionally. Finally, add cheese (to suit taste), and season with lime juice and zest. Serve with sliced avocado and chopped coriander leaves.
