Power of mind for losing weight

Power of Mind for losing weightLosing weight can be hard for many people due to lack of willpower and mind control. Obesity in children and teenagers are rising rapidly due to the fast foods, snack food and junk food habits.

This is a story about Jordan whom was living a simple kids life until he had his tonsils removed at the age of 11. He began eating ice-cream and jelly as most other people will do when they have their tonsils removed.

Jordan began to fall for the temporary soothing food day by day and it became a sugar addiction.

He took over his family business and the stresses along the way made food as comfort for him. Jordan’s Doctor even said that he could kick the bucket anytime due to his morbidly obese condition with Body Mass Index (BMI) of 88.

From 11 years old to 44 years years old, he accumulated weight up to 310 kg’s. He could not be weighed in normal weighing scales at home or hospital but he had to go to the truck depot to be weighed in tonnes which was 0.31 tonnes. Jordan was wearing cloths XXXXXXXXXL size cloths.

Jordan’s Single day diet was:

  • 20 hash browns for breakfast
  • 8 burgers with 4 fries for lunch
  • 30 Greek deserts or 12 family blocks of chocolate as an afternoon snack.
  • 4 Hungry Jack Meal Deals on the way home after the family dinner.
  • 2 family pizzas washed down with a 1.5 litre Coke
  • 12-18 mini magnums as a midnight snack.

Incredible Power of Mind:

One day, Mark Stephens the motivational speaker and self hypnosis guru approached Jordan to regain back his life. Jordan lived in Mark’s Little Forrest Health retreat for 2 1/2 years to make the remarkable journey we see today. “For losing weight, it’s not all about diet and exercise but mind is the ultimate weapon” [Mark Stephens quote].

Do I believe in Mark’s quote? Absolutely 100 % because the power of mind is incredible. Mark used Hypnosis method to change habits, to eat right and move. Jordan started growing his on vegetables and cooked his own healthy meal.

Today, Jordan is 107.kg, the greatest weight loss of 202 kg and living a healthy life. If you find it hard to loose 20 kg’s, think about Jordan and his 10 x times more effort than yourself.

I personally don’t believe in “I can’t do it” because it is all down to willpower and power of mind.
