Renewal Smoothie Recipe for Post Workout is packed with nourishing ingredients which will help the body to revitalize and feel energized. Less than 200 calories and better than all the Soda drinks offered as complimentary drinks. This smoothie is suitable for vegans too as it does not have any animal product.

Renewal Smoothie Recipe for Post Workout – 2 Servings

Ingredients:

1 cup Vanilla soy milk
1 tbsp Organic Flaxseed meal
1 tbsp Organic Almond butter
80 grams Silken Soft tofu
1/2 cup Yam @ Taro
6 ice cubes

Method:

1. Add in all the ingredients into the blender and blend at high speed.
2. Pour smoothie into glass and serve chill.

Note: Consume immediately to absorb all the nutrients. 1 tbsp Manuka Honey can be added if you prefer the smoothie to be sweeter.
