Carrot and Ginger juice recipe for healthy life
- 1 Fresh Carrot
- 1/4 inch Ginger piece
- 1/2 teaspoon Honey
- A pinch of Salt
- 1 Teaspoons Sugar
Wash the carrot in water and avoid scrapping the skin because more vitamins & minerals are present under the skin. Cut the carrot into small pieces and extract using juice extractor. Remove ginger skin and add in the ginger piece into the juice extractor. Then, add all the above ingredients into the extracted carrot and ginger juice. Finally, serve the juice chilled a bit or with crushed ice.
Using a young carrot gives a refreshing taste. Adding in a small piece of Beetroot gives the juice added carotene which is an added supplement for healthy life.
