Cherry Smoothie recipe for a great breakfast

Yoghurt is great for digestion and a cup of yoghurt a day is good for health. Cherry Smoothie recipe is good and healthy. Diet conscious person could opt for Low fat yoghurt.

Ingredients:
1 cup Red Cherries – pitted
1/2 cup Fresh Yoghurt
500 ml Orange Juice
Sufficient Ice Cubes

Method:
Blend  all the ingredients together until it is smooth. Serve while it is cold.
