Spinach Balls Baked In Béchamel Sauce

Ingredients for Spinach balls

4 cups chopped spinach leaves (without steams)
1 cup crumbled cheese
1 pinch nutmeg powder
1/4 teaspoon chopped pepper
5 teaspoon wheat flour
1 pinch of salt and baking powder

Ingredients for Baking

2 cups Béchamel sauce
3 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese 

Method

Steam spinach leaves till it is cooked and squeeze water. Mix all the spinach ball ingredients ad shape it into small balls. Steam spinach balls for 5 minutes. Place the steam dumplings in a baking dish. Pour Béchamel sauce
and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C’ for 15 minutes.
