Ingredients
1 Big Onion – chopped
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup fresh carrot – diced
1 cup fresh button mushrooms – sliced
2 cups vegetable broth
¼ cup almond – roasted and crushed
Method
Heat up the cooking pan in slow heat and melt the butter. Stir the chopped onions till its golden brown and add in the carrot and mushroom. Add in the vegetable broth and wait for the ingredients to boil. Finally, pour the gravy on top of couscous and sprinkle crushed almond before serving.
