Try this butter cake recipe, it’s simple but delicious.
Cake Ingredients
- 8 oz Self Rising Flour
- 4 eggs / equivalent measurement of vegan egg replacement powder
- 7 oz castor sugar
- 1 Butter
- Vanilla Essence
Method
Beat or whisk eggs together and keep aside. Beat butter and sugar together for 10 minutes. Add in the eggs together and continue beating. Add in Vanilla essence and fold in the flour.
Baking Method
Bake for 30 minutes. Check with tooth pick whether the cake is cooked.
Note:- Pre-heat the Oven 15 minutes before baking the cake.
