Christmas is almost here and a chocolate cake with cinnamon will be great to usher the Christmas eve with family!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons Van Houten cocoa or any cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 teaspoon powder Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Butter cup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Put your flour into mixing bowl, add butter and cocoa, baking soda, sugar and mix well.
- Then, mix honey and cinnamon powder and leave it aside.
- Mix the other ingredients together until there aren’t any more lumps and pour into round baking pan. Add in the mixed honey and cinnamon powder into the ingredients and fold the flour to the middle.
- Bake at 350 for about half an hour, test with a fork.
Preparation time + Baking time: 45 minutes
