Ingredients:
1 small honey pineapple
1 liter water
30 grams lump sugar
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Method:
Cut ¼ pineapple into neat cubes. Put pineapple in a saucepan with the sugars and water and boil it. When sugars have dissolved completely, remove the mixture and allow cooling. Chill syrup in the refrigerator.
Grate and blend slightly the rest of the pineapples. Divide into two portions and put into two tall glasses. Pour in the chilled chilled syrup. Finally, put some ice-cubes into each glass and serve.
Suggestion:
Nata Coco or coconut pulp can be included for a crunchier juice.
