Lemon Sherbet a Good Fruit Juice Recipe

1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup plain yoghurt
2/3 cup sugar
1 ripe lemon juice (squeezed)
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1/4 pinch salt to enhance sugar taste

Combine sugar and whipping cream in a bowl and whip it till the cream is stiff. Fold in lemon juice, yoghurt and lemon peel. Put in freezer and stir every half an hour till its frozen (for about 4 hours)
