Red Adventure Juice As Replacement For Carotene And Magnesium Nutrition Losses

Red Adventure Juice

Ingredients

20 Grapes (Preferably Black grapes)

1 Pomegranate

1 slice papaya

500 grams Water Melon

1 tablespoon Sugar or to taste

Method

Cut pomegranate and scoop out all the seeds into a bowl. Then, soak the 20 grapes in salt water for 15 minutes to remove the pesticides and insects. Wash the grapes after soaking, remove the seeds and place it in a bowl. Cut the papaya into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Meanwhile blend pomegranate slightly and strain it using strainer to separate the crushed seeds with the flesh.

After that, put in the grapes and watermelon in the fruit extractor and extract the juice. Strain the juice with strainer if you find any seeds. Include papaya pieces little by little as not many people likes to drink papaya. Stop including papaya in the fruit extractor if you feel it is too much.

Finally add in all the juices in blender and blend with the sugar and honey. Chill the juice before consuming on a hot sunny day.

Suggestion

Brown sugar can be used to replace the sugar as some people prefer brown sugar. Insert 2 mint leave for a refreshing and cooling taste. Red adventure juice gives you an adequate amount of amount of Carotene and Magnesium needed for the body based on the nutrition intake chart.
