Durian Health Benefits and Medicinal Uses

Durian is known as the “King of Fruits” in South East Asia. Durian is a spiky fruit with thorns all over. The fruit inside is with seed and comes in yellow or white colour. The smell is so strong and pungent that many people not from tropical countries does not favour this fruit. Durian grows widely in South East Asia country especially in Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia. Do not forget to drink a lot of plain water after eating durian as it is heaty for body.
