Carrot and Fresh Salad Recipe for Quick Healthy Lunch

Carrot is rich in Beta-Carotene and Salad is refreshing for the dehydrated body which needs nourishment. The below recipe is easy and can be consumed anywhere.

100 grams salad
1 carrot – cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Extra virgin Olive oil

Mix raisins with lemon juice in a bowl. Then, combine salad leaves and carrot. Drizzle over olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
