Healthy and Juicy Fruit Salad recipe

I was picking strawberries in Albany, Australia for about 2 months under Holiday Working Visa. I almost ate strawberries everyday and believe me or not, my eyesight improved and didn’t need my glasses after that. I was healthy, and had no constipation issues at all. The below recipe will be great for fruit lovers.

Ingredients:
150 grams Cherries
80 grams Strawberries – Quartered
400 grams Watermelon
1 Big Lime – Juice squeezed
1 tablespoon chopped Mint Leaves
1 teaspoon caster sugar

Method:
Mix Strawberries and Cherries together in a bowl. Cut watermelon in cube shapes and add to the berries bowl. Crush mint and sugar together and sprinkle over the fruits. Pour the squeezed lime juice over the fruit mix and serve with crushed ice on sunny day.
