Avocado Juice Recipe With High Nutrient Values For A Refreshing Day

Avocado is a good antioxidant for health, which helps us from the free radicals we are exposed to everyday. Avocado is also high in potassium which can be a good substitute to banana if you are not from the Ape family. The below juice recipe has Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Carotene and Vitamin C besides other nutrient values. Avocado juice recipe is also a good juice recipe for diet concious people.

Looks can be deceiving at Avocado’s case as the colour of avocado can’t be used as basis to determine a really ripe avocado. Ripe avocado will be slightly solid but can’t stand to gentle pressure. Avocado can ripe quicker if placed together with bananas in a paper bag.

Ingredients:
½ Fresh Avocado
2 Sweet limes
50 ml water
2 slices Papaya
3 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon Honey
A pinch of salt
A handful fresh mint leaves or as preferred

Method:
Cut Avocado into two and scoop out the pulp and remove the inner seed. Scrap off ripe papaya’s outer skin and cut papaya into cubes. Cut sweet lime into two and squeeze the juice into a container.

Blend papaya, avocado, and mint leaves until smooth and pour little water occasionally. Towards the end, try to pour all the water into the blended mixture. Finally, add salt, sugar, honey and sweet lime juice and blend well.

Suggestion:
Serve it chill and advisable to be drunk in the daytime for better absorption of our body during its peak energy burning level.
