Celery, Carrot, Tomato And Nuts Juice Recipe For A Fresh Day

I have written many recipes with fruits and for a change I am posting a recipe which consists of vegetable juice and nuts.

Ingredients

  • ¼ Stalk Organic Celery
  • ½ fresh Carrot
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Red Cherry Tomato
  • ½ Teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Roasted Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • A pinch of salt

Method

Wash and cut celery and carrots into small pieces. Only use celery stalk with 1 or 2 leaves for juicing. Then cut the fresh cherry tomato in slices and chop the ginger into small pieces.

Add in ginger and garlic first in the juice extractor followed by carrot, celery sticks and tomato slices. Then add in the almond and walnut into the blender with the vegetable juice.

Finally a pinch of salt with honey will be a perfect touch for the vegetable and nuts juice.

Suggestion
A pinch of pepper powder can be added to have mix taste of sweet, salty and spice. Serve with ice cubes on a sunny day.
