Fruit stick ice cream
Ingredients:
- 5 types of fruit cordial
- 40ml Full cream milk
- 80g chocolate
Method:
- Pour fruit cordial into stick ice-cream holder. Leave it at the refrigerator overnight.
- Mix chocolate with full cream milk in a bowl and cook it in a light fire until mixture is smooth.
- Dip stick ice-cream into cool chocolate mixture.
Suggestion:
You may add milk to the cordial to have a rich taste or even mix the cordial for mix flavour ice-cream.
