Mix Fruit Salad For Dessert
An apple a day keeps the doctor away is the famous proverb for a healthy living. Try to include apple on daily diet to stay healthy. Apple helps to detoxify the body and has antiviral properties. Once an apple is cut, it will start browning and to prevent it, wash the cut apple in salt water or lemon juice water.
Ingredients:
1 red apple – diced
½ passion fruit – crushed
Sweet cherries – soaked in syrup
¼ pineapples – cut into pieces
Fresh Whip cream
10 ml Syrup
Method:
Cut apple and pineapple and leave it aside. Scoop out passion fruit into a bowl and mix with the apple and pineapple. Pour in the syrup to the mix and mix the fruit salad well. Pipe on the fresh whip cream and arrange the sweet cherries on top of the fruit salad before serving it as a dish.
