2 Packham Pear – cored and sliced
1 ripe banana
1 cup Celery – chopped
6 cups Spinach – chopped
5 cups Baby Green Romaine lettuce – chopped
2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup water (if using blender)

Method:

  1. Blend the lettuce and spinach with 1/2 cup of water from low speed until it is smooth.
  2. Then, add in the celery and make sure the fibers are blend well.
  3. After that add in the pear and banana together and blend in high speed.
  4. Finally, add the 2 tablespoon of lemon juice and serve immediately.

Optional:
