Week 1: Eat Albumin Rich Food

To increase albumin level, high protein foods need to be consumed. It can be hard at times to find vegetarian based protein food.

High-protein vegetarian snacks idea to reduce soda drink consumption cravings:

  1. A handful of nuts or seeds – Pepita, Sunflower seeds, Almonds and Raisins.
  2. A high-protein vegetarian energy bar – Lots of varieties in the health shops.
  3. Instant breakfast drink – Can get it in the breakfast aisle of supermarkets.
  4. Simple cup of yogurt or glass of milk – Greek yoghurt or cow’s milk.
  5. Peanut butter spread on celery – Celery is refreshing.
  6. Cheese with crackers – Cheddar or Edam cheese with low salt crackers.

Week 2: Eat Vitamin B rich Food

  6. Vitamin B7 also know as Biotin can be found in Oats, nuts, soybeans, potatoes, spinach, broccoli and cauliflower.
  7. Vitamin B9 also know as Biotin can be found in beans, peas, broccoli, beets, asparagus, turnip greens, spinach, cantaloupe, wheat bread and fortified juices.
  8. Vitamin B12 also know as Cobalamin can be found in fortified cereals, milk and yogurt. vegetarians may need to take vitamin supplements to get the recommended daily
    allowance of B12.

Week 3: Start drinking more Sparkling water

If you still crave for the fizzy soda than opt for something more healthier such as Sparkling Water + Cranberry Juice

Week 4: Chew on Chewing Gum

To keep the mouth busy and focus, start on Chewing Gum on week 4.
