Vitamin C is the most famous Vitamin where everyone have heard or read about. Children loves their Vitamin C because it is usually sweet and Fruit flavoured. Vitamin C is widely found in Citrus Fruits like Oranges. Vitamin C is important in strengthening gums, muscles and healing wounds. The most common illness flu and running nose needs Vitamin C.

Apart from Oranges, Strawberries and Amla has high amount of Vitamin C. Vegetables such as Tomatoes,  Brocolli and Cabbage also has Vitamin C.
