Can Omega 3 Fatty Acids be found in Vegetarian Healthy Food?

Omega 3 Fatty Acids have increased HDL cholesterol or also known as “good” cholesterol level and decreased triglycerides- fats in the blood. Supplements which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids also lowers blood pressure in people with hypertension. People with diabetes usually have high triglyceride and low HDL levels, thus Omega 3 Fatty Acids has increased HDL cholesterol.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids can be found in Walnuts, ground flaxseeds, tofu, soybeans, canola, pumpkin seeds and walnut oils.
