Vitamin K helps in the maintenance of normal levels of the blood clotting proteins.

Good sources of vitamin K are leafy green vegetables such as Spinach, Kale and Broccoli. Other vegetable sources such as green beans, asparagus and green peas is a good source of Vitamin K. Dairy products such as Milk and Yoghurt has Vitamin K too.
