One of the celery health benefits is helping in reducing high blood pressure. Including celery in daily diet helps the body to maintain the blood pressure provided a healthy lifestyle is followed daily. There are also other health benefits which can assist mankind through consuming celery which I will explain in my future article. Fresh celery vegetable recipe can also be a substitute for the unhealthy snacks which contains colouring and monosodium.
Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh celery
150 grams snow-white cottage cheese
3 tablespoons organic red radish – finely chopped
½ teaspoon chilli powder
6 tablespoons pineapples – crushed and blend coarsely
Method:
Wash and cut the celery stalks into 4 sections each. Beat radish, cheese, pineapple and chilli powder together. Dip celery into the whisked ingredients and enjoy the fresh snack without any guilty feelings.
