Healthy Macaroni Soup With Vegetables Recipe

Macaroni soup with vegetables can be a good choice for a light dinner. Vegetables such as Carrot, Tomato and Celery are very good for health and it gives the nutrients needed for healthy lifestyle. Ginger is a very good herb for stomach bloat and helps to flush out trapped air.

 

Ingredients:

½ organic Carrot – sliced

1 Tomato – dice

½ stalk Celery – sliced

1 big Onion – sliced

1 tablespoon soup Ginger – sliced

1 cup Macaroni – cooked

Salt to taste

Grounded Pepper to taste

1 tablespoon butter

1 cube vegetable stock
1 liter fresh water

 

Method:

Cut all the vegetables as per above instruction. Melt the butter and fry the onion into golden brown and add the vegetables with ginger. Stir the vegetables and include the seasonings such as vegetable stock, salt and pepper. Pour in the fresh water and let it boil. After 5 minutes, include the macaroni into the soup and let it boil for 10 minutes. Serve it hot.
