A Wonderful Tomato Recipe For Dinner

 

Tomato has various benefits and the well known benefit is free radicals removed from body by consuming considerable amount of tomato. A glass of tomato juice per day will help in everlasting healthy life. Tomato is also classified as fruit in the food category and not vegetable.

 

Ingredients

2 red fresh tomatoes

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon chilli flakes

2.5 grams parsley

3 sauté mushroom

½ teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons cream

 

Method

Wash the tomatoes and carve them into beautiful baskets while scooping out the inside. Marinate the tomato with salt, chilli flakes and lemon juice. Chop parsley and mushroom together and fill into tomato casing. Add cream on top of the tomatoes and bake for 10 minutes. It is best served with toasted bread and mushroom soup.
