Vitamin D food varieties for Healthy and Vegetarian diet person

Vitamin D works in strengthening bones and teeth. In addition, Vitamin D assists in absorbing the calcium required by the body.

My grandmother use to say, go and stand under the Sun in the morning to get Vitamin D. We use to stand under the morning sun to absorb Vitamin D while enjoying the cool breeze. Nowdays, I am not sure whether we can still stand under the sun without getting skin cancer due to Ozone thinning and direct sun radiation.

Nevertheless, Vitamin D can be found in Dairy products such as Yoghurt, Goat’s Milk, Cow’s Milk, Nonfat Milk and Low fat Milk Soy products such as Soy Milk and Soy Yoghurt too has Vitamin D.
