Vegetable Salad Recipe For Briyani Rice

The below recipe includes various kinds of vegetables for a complete vegetable diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Carrot – Dice it
  • 1 Fresh Cucumber– Dice it
  • 1 Sweet turnip– Dice it
  • 1 Red Tomato– Dice it
  • 1 Red Chili – Slice it
  • Handful of small Coriander leaves chopped
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of Sarawak pepper
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Method

Cut all the vegetables in cube size and mix it in a bowl. Add in Coriander leaves and mayonnaise. Finally add in the salt, pepper and lemon juice. Chill it in the refrigerator and serve it with the spicy briyani.

Suggestion
Dice half big onion and include it to enhance the vegetable salad taste. Mayonnaise without egg suitable for pure vegetarians is sold in certain countries. If you would like to have cucumber salad than include more cucumber and reduce other vegetables.
