How to Consume Herbs without eating it raw? Mint Rice Recipe is the answer

Having fresh Herbs in our diet is good for our body system. Mint Rice Recipe has many herbs for a complete nutritional consumption. Mint rice recipe is healthy and suitable for vegetarian diet. 

Ingredients :
 
1 Cup Basmati Rice
2 Cups Fresh water
1 Onion – Chopped
Salt to taste
2 Bay leaf
2 Tablespoon Ghee
1/2 Bunch Mint
1/4 Cup Cilantro @ Corriander leaves 
An inch Ginger
1 Garlic
1 Fresh green Chilli – for spiciness
1 Cinnamon and Clove                      
1/4 Cup Cashewnuts – Roasted

Method:

Soak Basmati Rice in water for half an hour before cooking. Then, wash & drain the rice. Add some butter in a pan and as it starts to melt, add bay leaf, onions, cinnamon and clove while stirring.Blend Mint, Cilantro, Ginger, Garlic and Chilli to paste. Add the paste to the mixture and let it cook for a couple of minutes, then Add rice and salt while stirring. Then, add water and let the rice cook with the mixture. Cover the pan with lid for the rice to cook faster. Finally, garnish the rice with cashewsnuts and serve mint rice with any Yogurt Salads.
